This paper presents first findings of a corpus-based investigation of the German PR lexicon. The data have been gathered on the basis of a multi-perspective approach. In order to highlight the domain-specific use and the related perception by publics, relevant texts from PR actants who aim at re-positioning the profession in the public opinion have been analyzed by textlinguistic means. The results have been crossed with broad corpora which document the current use of the German language. |
